Today, Tony is the general manager of the Hotel Donaldson, and Sarah develops recipes and writes a weekly food column for The Forum. They welcomed their son, Giovanni, in 2004, and operated Sarello’s until 2015. After working together aboard luxury cruise ships throughout the 1990s, Tony and Sarah returned to Fargo, Sarah’s hometown, in 2000 to open their restaurant, Sarello’s, and start a family.
